My new sofa is the comfiest thing I've ever sat on

Jul 20, 2023

A CONTENT creator has revealed how she prioritizes comfort when furnishing her house.

She claimed she found the perfect oversized sofa, describing the feel as a hug.

Katherine (@therealkatherine) filmed herself discussing the piece in a video on TikTok.

"I just bought one of these and it arrived last week. Let me show you. It is the most comfortable thing I have ever sat in. It's like a hug," she said.

Katherine then showed a clip of the oversized and fluffy sofa, which she purchased in gray.

"OK so I got this from American Furniture Warehouse. They delivered it in like two days," she said.

She revealed that the sofa was so big, she used it in lieu of an actual bed.

"Instead of getting a queen bed for my guest bedroom, I got this couch right here. Because the other half of the guest room is going to be an office, I didn't want the bed to take up too much space.

"It is so comfortable. I am five-foot and I fit on this and can sleep on it comfortably.

"One of my good friends just came into town to visit me and she slept on it. She's around 5-foot-6. She did have to sleep diagonal, but she said it was super comfortable," she said.

Katherine described the piece as a staple for a cozy night in with a movie.

"This is such a game changer for like a movie night. If you have a small space and can't get a giant couch or a sectional, it is totally worth it," she added.

The Luxe Cream Double Chaise is available from American Furniture Warehouse for $888.

"Totally worth the money. Especially if you don't wanna put a full size bed or a queen size bed or a king size bed in your guest bedroom and rather put in a couch that kind of doubles as a bed.

"It is this super soft, fluffy material, and I am obsessed with it," she said.

The video drew in many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.

"I would sleep on this everyday," one wrote.
